REPAIR AND INSTALLATION OF ANALOGUE TACHOGRAPHS - RENEWAL TRAINING

Technicians performing repair and installation of analogue tachographs are obliged to renew their knowladge by participating in a relevant training every three years.

MATT company, as a manufacturer of equipment for maintenance and verification of all types of tachographs, conducts periodic trainings in tachographs construction, operation, maintenance and installation. Certificates issued by our company after such training are honored by the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.

SYSTEM OF DIGITAL TACHOGRAPHS TRAINING - PREPARING FOR EXAM

Employees of the MATT  company have passed the exam for the digital tachograph technican first in Poland. The exam was was held in the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw. Using our experience, we offer you help in gaining the knowledge in the field of digital tachographs in the form of training in preparation for the exam in the Central Office of Measures. The aim of the training is to provide participants with timely and competent information on operating, installation and calibration of digital tachographs. The training includes classes in the form of lectures and practical exercises that are carried out using the training sets equipped with tachographs made by EFAS, SIEMENS, STONERIDGE and ACTIA. Downloading data is performed using TachoDrive series devices.
We are providing the training since 2005. So far, several hundred people have been trained. The training was also attended by, among others, Police and Fire Brigade. The participants receive training materials: national regulations, selected parts of Regulation 1360/2002 and examples of printouts from the tachograph.

SPEED LIMITERS INSTALLATION AND CALIBRATION

MATT Company is authorized by the speed limiters manufacturers such as GROENEVELD and ELSON and provides training in the installation and calibration of those*.

Training is one of the elements of our complex offer in this area.
The others are as follows: 

• distribution of the electro-mechanical limiter (type EFA), electronic (type EG) and limiters for forklift trucks manufactured according to ISO 9000 quality
• sale and manufacture of diagnostic and calibration devices for speed limiters

The training allows you to get MATT Partner status, entitling to obtain the following:

• certificate for the installation, calibration and distribution of GROENEVELD and ELSON speed limiters,
• training materials,
• possibility to benefit from technical support,
• exclusiveness on the agreed territory,
• place on the official list of GROENEVELD and ELSON speed limiters distributors.

SERVICING THE CONTROL-MEASUREMENT DEVICES

In our company you can receive training in the use of measuring and control devices, their cooperation with tachographs and making measurements and simulation. During the training, theoretical issues are discussed (the necessary information about the regulations, structure, etc.) as well as practical training is conducted.
Depending on your needs, we provide training on the following equipment types: UTP-10, IPG-10, STP-1V and other used for service and legalization of tachographs.
