Continental VDO will provide software for the Windows platform, which will allow workshops that do not have the WORKSHOPTAB device to update the firmware in the 1381 G2V2 tachograph.
It is worth noting that the rumors suggest limiting the update option only to WORKSHOPTAB owners, but Continental VDO assures that such update will also be available for computers with Windows system- details can be found on the manufacturer's official website in the "Compatibility note for third-party products" section:
